Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a project engagement or recurring service with ALOKKNIGHT TECHNOLOGIES (Proprietorship of Alok Patel), 1st Floor, 154, Alokknight HQ, Benisaray Road, Near Sub Health Centre, Dariyapur, Uttar Pradesh 261135, India (GSTIN: 09EMWPP9505F1Z9).

If you cancel before development begins (within the discovery/planning phase), you will receive a full refund of any upfront payment minus a 10% administrative fee to cover planning and resource allocation costs.

If you cancel during active development, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including work in progress on the current milestone. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded within 30 business days. You will receive all deliverables completed and paid for up to that point.

Recurring services may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Service continues, and is billed, through the end of the notice period. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded pro rata, but all content and deliverables produced during the paid period are handed over. On cancellation we disconnect and delete stored access tokens for your social media accounts; we recommend you also revoke access from each platform's security settings.

We may cancel an engagement with written notice if invoices remain unpaid 30 days after a written reminder, or if the client materially breaches our Terms of Service and does not cure the breach within 15 days of notice. In that case the client is billed for work performed to date, and any unused prepaid balance for work not performed is refunded.

To cancel, send a written notice to info@alokknight.com from an authorised email address. Cancellation takes effect 5 business days after receipt of the written notice, or at the end of the applicable notice period for recurring services.
