Shipping & Delivery

As a software development and digital services company, our “delivery” refers to the digital delivery of software products, source code, content and related assets. No physical goods are shipped.

All deliverables are provided digitally via: private GitHub/GitLab repository access, secure file transfer, cloud deployment, the client portal, or publication to your connected social media accounts. No physical shipping is involved.

Project delivery timelines are specified in each project agreement or statement of work. Typical timelines:

• Starter MVP: 6-8 weeks
• Professional: 10-14 weeks
• Enterprise: Custom timeline agreed upon in the SOW

Milestones and deliverables are tracked in our client portal with regular progress updates. Timelines assume timely provision of client inputs (content, approvals, access); delays in client inputs extend timelines accordingly.

Each milestone delivery includes a 5-business-day acceptance period. If no written feedback is provided within this period, the milestone is considered accepted. Acceptance of a milestone does not waive the warranty described in our Terms of Service.

On project completion and full payment, we hand over source code, credentials, deployment documentation and any agreed training materials. Post-handover support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.

This document is authored in English and may be provided in other languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the English version published at alokknight.com prevails.
