Refund Policy

At ALOKKNIGHT TECHNOLOGIES (Proprietorship of Alok Patel), 1st Floor, 154, Alokknight HQ, Benisaray Road, Near Sub Health Centre, Dariyapur, Uttar Pradesh 261135, India (GSTIN: 09EMWPP9505F1Z9), we are committed to delivering high-quality software and content services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Full Refund: If we fail to begin work within 30 days of the agreed start date due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the affected work.

Partial Refund: If you are unsatisfied with deliverables and we are unable to resolve your concerns after the agreed revision rounds specified in the agreement, a partial refund may be issued for uncompleted work.

No Refund: Refunds are not available for completed and approved milestones, for services already delivered and accepted (including published social media content), or for work cancelled after it has been performed.

Amounts we have paid to third parties on your behalf or at your instruction are non-refundable once incurred, including: advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting and infrastructure fees, software licences, app store fees, and payment gateway processing fees.

To request a refund, email info@alokknight.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method. International refunds are made in the invoice currency; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or intermediary bank charges.

If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, or online by mutual agreement. Any subsequent legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
