Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android)

Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps for our clients in weeks, not months, using AI-assisted development — while owning every line the AI writes. Remote or from our Lucknow office.

• Ship production iOS and Android apps with React Native (Expo) or Flutter, from first scaffold to App Store and Play Store release
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a multiplier: generate, then review, test and refactor. The code is yours, not the model's
• Integrate with our Django backends: auth, push notifications, payments (Razorpay, Stripe), offline sync, analytics
• Own the unglamorous parts: store submissions, certificates and provisioning, crash reporting, performance, accessibility
• Estimate honestly, deliver in 2–4 week increments, and demo weekly to clients

• Competitive pay, discussed openly at the interview stage

• A founder-engineer who joins the technical calls and reviews your code, not a layer of managers

• Apply with your CV and links to apps you have shipped (store links, GitHub)
• A 30-minute video call with the founder
• A 2-hour practical: build a small feature with AI tools, then walk us through every line and explain why it is correct
• Offer, usually within a week

• 2+ years shipping mobile apps, with at least two live in the App Store or Play Store that you can show
• You understand what the AI writes: state management, navigation, native modules, app lifecycle, threading, and how tokens and keys must be stored
• You can debug when the AI can't: profilers, logs, native crash traces
• Tests and CI are normal to you: unit plus end-to-end (Detox or Maestro), builds via EAS or Fastlane
• Enough Swift and Kotlin to write or patch a native module
• Clean Git history, code review habits, and clear English with foreign clients

• Both Flutter and React Native
• Django or Node backend experience
• An app with 10,000+ users
• App Store optimisation and release management
