Every answer is grounded in your content with retrieval; when the answer isn't there, the assistant says so and offers a human. We review test conversations with you before launch and tune the fallback behaviour — a chatbot that invents a refund policy costs more than it saves.
Who builds it
We are not a reseller of developers: the founder builds every project. Our own product, SmartLandlord, is a Django + Next.js SaaS live for landlords across seven European markets, and the platform that runs this agency — CRM, GST invoicing, client portal, document signing — is built on the same stack. When we quote, the person quoting is the person who writes the code.
